Our Chef’s Blend is a creative take on the dark roast standard. Gentle roast profiles and lower temperatures deliver a flavor that’s roasty but soft and smooth, with enough room to taste the sweetness inherent to the naturally processed coffees we select for this blend. Where other dark roasts trend towards acrid, stale, oily, flat and woody, this blend reaches towards graham cracker, molasses, and dark chocolate.
