Our Ethiopia Tega & Tula is floral and sweet. Hints of tart lime and bergamot tea are present in a balanced cup. Dynamic and refined with a smooth mouthfeel.
Tega & Tula Specialty Coffee Farm is named after the two nearby villages of Tega and Tula, found in the district of Gibo in Keffa, Ethiopia. The farm is 500 hectares in size, with nearly 400 hectares planted in coffee, primarily of Ethiopian varieties and cultivars that were released in the late 1970's. Wild coffee from the Keffa forests are included as well, seeing as the farm is in the Keffa bio–reserve area. Coffee from this farm is picked, pulped, and washed, then spread out on tables for seven to eleven days to dry.
