Balanced and lightly sweet with melon at the front. This medium bodied coffee brings out hints of cantaloupe, hibiscus and wildflower honey.
With elevations exceeding 2,050 meters, Chimaltenango has ideal conditions for growing older coffees like Bourbon and Caturra. The rich soil and dynamic terroir of the region is a major contributor to the grade of these lots as well. The lots are separated and assembled by cup quality. Samples are cupped daily to maintain the highest possible standards.
