This naturally processed Brazilian coffee is full bodied and balanced. Hints of lemon and citrus meld into deeper flavors of honey and chocolate. Sweet, bold, and to the point.
Coffee farming has been in the Pereira family since 1979. Carmo de Minas was already a coffee farm when they initially took it over, but together they hoped to restructure it with a stronger focus on quality and productivity. They started by hiring experts to give them guidance, introduced new harvesting and processing techniques, and implemented new farming technology. Due to these changes, the coffees from their farm have stood out in both regional and national contests.
