Costa Rica Las Lajas

 

Our Las Lajas is a truly unique, naturally–processed coffee. Jam–like flavors of plum, strawberry, and Concord grape illuminate a smooth cup. Here the quality speaks for itself.

Las Lajas micromill has been passed down through three generations of coffee producers in the family of Dona Francisca and Don Oscar Chacon. They have been among the first to produce high quality, organic, naturally–processed coffee in Central America. With organic coffee being almost non–existent in Costa Rica, Las Lajas stands out. Their goal is to preserve the environment while producing high quality, one of a kind coffee.
