This coffee comes from various smallholder farmers in Aricha, which is in the village of Edido, in the the district of Yirgacheffe. Aricha is among the microregions whose coffee is dynamic, almost tropical tasting, with a juicy fruit base and a sugary, floral sweetness. This coffee is naturally processed, and harvested between the months of November and January.
