Our Guatemala Buena Esperanza strikes the perfect balance between being distinctly round and lush while carefully maintaining a complex and crystalline profile. Red berries are at the forefront with lemon acidity and floral brightness shining through.
Finca Buena Esperanza was initially worked on for 40 years by Noe Castillo's mother. She was a widowed woman and raised her family as a single mother. Currently all of Noe's brothers work together on the farm where they strive to use organic products to fertilize their crops. They are working hard to create a fully functional shade–grown system as well as closely regulate their patios and drying times. Their goal is to have the best quality micro–lots possible and to continue expanding their selection.
