The Nebilyer Wet Mill was founded in 2015 and is composed of a group of smallholder farmers. Each of these farmers owns approximately five or less hectares of land and grows a select variety of high quality coffees including Caturra, Bourbon and Typica. This coffee is delivered in cherry form to the mill, de–pulped and fermented in water for 36 hours. The seeds are then washed three times over and laid out to dry in the sun for six to seven days.
