As dark and hefty as we go, Dark Horse features bittersweet chocolate with suggestions of caramel. There’s a lot of that classic, rich, roasty flavor in this cup without sacrificing sweetness or clarity for that overbearing bitterness that accompanies most traditional dark coffees. Best expressed as French Press, Moka Pot or Aeropress.
